Specific Details
Heritage Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Smithfield RI but also conveniently borders Lincoln, North Providence and Johnston. Licensed RN: positions available for 3-11 and 11-7, full and part time. Experience in a fast paced Skilled Rehabilitation Unit and/or Long term care using the Matrix system is a plus, but will train motivated individuals. Orientation provided. Must be a team player, have solid customer service skills. The qualified candidate should be flexible and dependable to work alongside of a great team of nursing personnel. This is a deficiency-free facility.
