Job Description

Physical Therapists provide and direct physical therapy services to patients with the goal of helping our patients reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model.

Qualified applicants must possess a MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience, must maintain valid State license in Physical Therapy and assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience.

• Successful completion of State Certification Examination for Physical Therapy.

• Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development

• Must maintain valid state Physical Therapy licensure
