Job Description

Physical Therapists provide and direct physical therapy services to patients with the goal of helping our patients reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model.

Qualified applicants must possess a MS/DPT in Physical Therapy or BS with equivalent work experience, must maintain valid State license in Physical Therapy and assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.

Riverview Healthcare Community joined the Health Concepts family of caregivers in 1972. A 190-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, Riverview offers licensed subacute and secure Alzheimer’s care as well as long-term care for those in need of assistance with chronic illness or multiple activities of daily living.

We are currently seeking Physical Therapists with heart who are dedicated to caring for our elderly population.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide and direct physical therapy services to assigned patients under the supervision of the Rehab Director. The goal is helping them reach their maximum performance potential within a medical model of practice.
