Qualified applicants must possess a Nursing license issued by the State of Rhode Island, a professional attitude and high personal integrity.

MDS are given the ability to provide direct quality care for the residents, interact with families and work closely with all other facility departments. Our team of bright, enthusiastic staff members strive to give the highest quality of care with the belief that we have done our job well only when we have provided a level of service that far exceeds the needs and preferences of those we care for.

Qualified applicants must possess a Nursing license issued by the State of Rhode Island, a professional attitude and high personal integrity.

1 year of clinical experience in Long Term Care
Current RAI assessor certification and/or completed MDS training program

Skills Required: Must have strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, basic computer skills, and assessment skills. Must demonstrate the ability to exercise independent judgment. Needs to be self-motivated as well as have the ability to motivate others. Needs to have a broad understanding of Long Term Care and enjoy working with elders. Needs to have a working knowledge of both state and federal regulations as they pertain to Long Term Care. Working knowledge of the current RAI processes in accordance with the regulations.
