Job Description

If you are a highly motivated individual with a drive for success and compassion for the elderly, this could be a job for you!  Join our family of exceedingly skilled professionals with a career as a professional CookCooks are given the ability to provide quality meals and hospitality for our residents, and work closely with many of our other facility departments.  Our team of bright, enthusiastic staff members strive to give the highest quality of care with the belief that we have done our job well only when we have provided a level of service that far exceeds the needs and preferences of those we care for.

Qualified applicants must possess a license in Food Safety issued by the State of Rhode Island, a professional attitude and high personal integrity.

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of experience cooking in an institutional setting
-Knowledge of therapeutic diets
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
-Strong work ethic
-Full time includes every other weekend rotating holidays
