Position Status: Certified Nursing Assistant 7am - 3pm
Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA Qualification Requirements:
Must have a current, active Rhode Island Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA License in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
We are willing to train new Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
The ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
The ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel and the general public
Patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to handle difficult situations
Must be able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) and residents rights
Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, team members and visitors
Provide personal care and assistance in completing activities of daily living with patients, including bathing, grooming, eating and re-positioning as delegated by the Charge Nurse.
Provide support for other activities such as measuring and recording vital signs.
Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA must have good organizational skills, the ability to observe and report patient/resident status and implement the plan of care
Must be able to manage multiple priorities
Document correctly, timely, accurate and competent manner

Shift differential for evening and overnights; incentives for weekend hours pick up

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Safety is important to Bayberry Commons. We require weekly Covid-19 testing as a condition of employment, to ensure the safety of our staff and residents. Due to recent Covid regulations all applicants must be 18 or over.
