Our facility is part of the Health Concepts Corporation, privately-owned and operated by the Ryan family for more than 40 years. Bayberry Commons strives to operate within our set of Core Values: Compassion, Acceptance, Respect and Enrichment (CARE). Our facility specializes in Sub-Acute rehabilitation, Long-Term care, and Dementia Care. We pride ourselves in being innovative and creating unique programs that add to the quality of life for those we serve. Bayberry offers such programs as Centered Activities Memory Program (CAMP) which is specially designed to provide our residents with activities throughout the day and Music and Memory to enhance quality of life through music. Bayberry Commons is looking for great Activities Aide who wish to make an important difference each day in the quality of life for our elder residents. We currently have a Activities Aide position available on weekends and evenings.

Position Status: Part Time Activities Aide position available that includes every other weekend.

Skills: Must have good people skills, like crafting, interacting in a group setting, fun-loving, enjoys bringing joy to the elderly.

Compensation: We offer a competitive rate based on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package is outlined below.

* Retirement and Savings Plan/401(k) – Employees may contribute 1% - 10% of pay. Facility matches 75% of employee contribution
* Holidays – Time and one-half of hours worked for Full-time employees
* Vacation Days – Earn percentage of hours worked
* Sick Days – Accrue percentage of hours worked
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.00 per hour
