Pine Grove Health Center is a 71-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center focused on providing unparalleled 24-hour medical care.

Though rooted in rural Pascoag, Rhode Island, Pine Grove’s reputation for excellence extends nationwide. Our sub acute team has worked with people of all ages from coast to coast. In particular, our celebrated ventilator unit, the only licensed nursing home unit of its kind in the state, has helped hundreds who require respiratory rehabilitation due to respiratory illness, multiple sclerosis or brain trauma.
