South Kingstown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is nestled in the heart of the Washington County countryside yet convenient to all Southern Rhode Island communities. Our facility is situated on expansive grounds adjacent to pristine Barber's Pond.

Our completely modern facility is tastefully decorated and cheerfully appointed. Residents and their guests have access to social rooms, a formal dining room, outdoor social areas, a hair salon and of course, spacious private and semi-private resident bedrooms. Cable television and air-conditioning are among the modern amenities we provide. Additionally, our separate, 36-bed, secure dementia wing has been designed to help ensure those suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, a safe, comfortable environment.

Our certified activity aide has extensive expertise in developing a full daily activities calendar to help meet the social and physical needs of those we care for. Off-site excursions, family dinners, outdoor band concerts, exercise and religious services are just some of the events that routinely take place at South Kingstown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Additionally, those on our dementia wing benefit from the expertise of activities staff specifically trained to help the memory impaired. In all that we do, we strive to provide choices that appeal to individual tastes while mindful of each person’s medical limitations.
