Staff and Services

At Elmwood Health Center, our residents are cared for by a team of professionals that includes registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, specially trained certified nursing assistants, social workers, clinical specialists, an activities director, a registered dietitian, and physical, speech and occupational therapists.

Sensitive to the diversity of our population, our staff considers the special cultural needs of our residents when creating a plan of care. Special meals, ethnic programs, and culturally specific community liaisons are incorporated into the lives of those we care for on a daily basis.
