Activities at Elmwood

At Elmwood Health Center, residents enjoy an activities program that is as interesting and diverse as our population. Monthly ‘field trips’ to area towns and cultural attractions supplement a regular calendar of activities that include cooking, movies, exercise, and afternoon socials. Outside groups are frequent and guests bring music, entertainment, and friendship.

Elmwood is pleased to have close relationships with area schools whose children visit our residents regularly. A strong volunteer program at Elmwood also enhances our activity program. In addition, nearly every day a different local church or spiritual center visits our residents bringing them needed comfort.
