From Route 95:

Head towards Providence. Take Exit 22b to US-6 West / RI-10
Stay in the center lane and bear right onto Route 6 West.
Take the RI-14 West/Plainfield Street exit on the LEFT.
Left off the exit, then take your first right, at the next light, onto Route 14 Plainfield Street.
At end take left to continue following Route 14 Plainfield Street.
Bear right onto Morgan Avenue. Bear right again to stay on Morgan Avenue.
Morgan Health Center is on your left.

From Route 295:

Head towards Johnston. Take Exit 5a onto Route 6 East
Take the Atwood Avenue exit. Go right onto Atwood Avenue. After a little more than a half mile take a left onto Morgan Avenue.
Follow Morgan Avenue less than a half mile. Morgan Health Center is on your right.
